OUR TEAM

Felicity Havrilla
 
A native of Northwest Indiana, Felicity received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.  She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Mauer School of Law, Bloomington, Indiana. 
 
Felicity previously served as in-house counsel for a multi-state corporation serving individuals with developmental disabilities.  She currently represents health care providers and individuals with elder law needs. 
 
Felicity is a parishioner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a member of Tri Kappa Sorority.  When not working or volunteering, Felicity can be found most weekends watching her boys play sports or enjoying the Winona Lake Trails.
 
Carissa "Cari" Nolin
 
A Warsaw, Indiana native, Cari graduated from Ball State University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice.  She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Dayton School of Law, Dayton, Ohio.
 
Cari returned home to work in a small firm with a general practice focus.  She currently represents health care providers and individuals with elder law needs.
 
Cari is an active parishioner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and the current president of the Sacred Heart School Board.  When not working or volunteering, Cari enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children's athletic and academic endeavors, traveling, and boating on Chapman Lake.
 
 
 
 
Nichole Bellman
 
A life-long resident of Nappanee, Indiana, Nichole earned her associate degree in paralegal studies from the International Business College, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
 
Nichole has fifteen years' experience as a paralegal, and has worked in both corporate and law firm settings.  She has experience in various areas, including corporate, employment, collections, and elder law.  
 
Nichole is the past treasurer for the Parent Teacher Organization, at Woodview Elementary School, Nappanee, Indiana.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in sports and fitness, reading, and cooking.
